Abstract The purpose of this research was to know the factors influencing the low value in the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) in SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung In 2015. The method used was descriptive with quantitative approach with the subject of teacher research in SMA Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung who take the UKG test in 2015.
