I use it in the AM after cleansing with no issues, but it can feel a bit oily at first. Then Niacinamide in PM Vit C is good for boosting SPF I believe, which is why a lot of people recommend in the morning.
It is safe to do VBeam laser treatment while on Accutane which helps a ton with PIE. I am on 40 mg a day and had 3 of them done. 1 per month. It helped a ton with my redness. Products with 1%-2% arbutin have been the most effective at getting rid of PIH. I've noticed CoQ10 having good results with PIH as well. I just take the powdered vitamin and dissolve 5-20% in an oil before applying to skin. What didn't work for me were lactic acid and niacinamide.
